The Model Company is situated in The Model Company House, which is in the heart of the City of Cape Town and was established 17 years ago.  Lynne Keene started the Model Company when there were only a handful of Model Agencies in South Africa. The growing industry now comprises of more than 80 agencies.

We are in the midst of the thriving Model Industry with casting studios, Photographic studios, and Film and Catalogue companies all around us.

Local production facilitators are constantly marketing Cape Town in Europe and the USA ensuring a constant flow of clients to our sunny shores to shoot their television commercials, catalogues, editorials thereby ever increasing the demand for fashion models, especially during our summer months October - April.
